1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pko77 ("pko77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pko77 website located at https://pko77.net, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

2. Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Keep your pko77 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

pko77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. pko77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where pko77 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pko77 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

1. Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pko77 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page.
2. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pko77 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method.
3. Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

5. Unclaimed Balances: pko77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close accounts with zero balance that have been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable law and prior notice to the registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pko77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms include:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pko77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
3. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in bonus forfeiture.

5. Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance automatically.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the pko77 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or pko77's systems or networks.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or bet placed on pko77.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates money laundering through the pko77 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pko77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pko77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of pko77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the pko77 Platform without the prior written consent of pko77.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pko77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the pko77 Platform.

pko77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, pko77's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit pko77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms
